Shipping and handling

Shipping and handling costs are a flat rate based on your location. Your total shipping and handling charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays within Australia.

We currently aim for delivery times of Prints and T shirts within Australia 7 – 14 days from receipt of order and payment.  Our parcels are packed in fully compostable mailers, eliminating the need for abundant plastic packaging.

Shipping Jewellery

Each of our individual jewellery pieces is cast and finished to order. Production time is 10-14 business days.  We aim for delivery within Australia of approximately 14-15 days from receipt of your order.

Currently due to Covid disruptions delays can be expected. We will do our best to deliver within 14-15 days, however, please allow an additional 10-15 business days.

Returns

We operate a no-hassle returns policy. All goods may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of shipping, provided a copy of the receipt is included and the goods are in their original condition and packaging. Once items are received, we will review and inspect the items and apply the appropriate credits.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.  All returns will be credited to the original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling charges).

Please allow 21 days for us to receive your return and process your credit. Once the return is processed, we will send an email confirmation of your credit. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
